DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and check the First Article (FA) Technician
- Provide guidance to Quality Assurance Inspectors and resolving quality issues during production
- Sample evaluation during mould testing including monitoring of the process capability
- Plan the inspection manual and packing specification based on customer's requirement
- Endorsement on First Part Approval (FPA) report and samples submitted by molding vendor
- Ensure continuous process improvement
- Follow-up DFM & mold design activities
- Monitor closely on the tool progress with tool maker and suppliers
- Ensure customer accepts first lot of production for every new product
- Manage the project from initial stage to production stage
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Min 3 years experience with basic knowledge in Unigraphics, Auto CAD, Molding & Tool making
