If you have a background in the recruitment sector (in-house recruiter, outsourced recruiter, HR professionals, etc.) or wanting to enter the recruitment field (SAHM returning to workforce, mid career switch individuals, etc.), we invite you to explore the possibilities with us.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment process
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
- Provide an exceptional client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Job Requirements:
- Must obtained CEI
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Sales or Recruitment would be an advantage.
- Passion in Hospitality and F&B Industry.
