Responsiblities :
1) To prepare design, calculations and review of structural design
drawings according to clients specification and requirement;
2) Plans and supervise archtectural work progress at site;
3) Liaise closing with the subcontractors on the progress of work.
4) Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-
contractors on technical matters.
5) Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are
complied with
Requirement :
1) Diploma or Degree in Architecture;
2) Competent in Autocad/BIM/Tekla Software ;
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook);
4) At least 3 years of relevant experience;
5) Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
