Job Description:
- Handle appointment scheduling
- Respond to, and follow up on, customers’ inquiries over phone, email and messaging
- Process payments and invoices
- Provide other ad-hoc frontline support for customers e.g. customer registration
- Provide admin support
Requirement:
- Experience in healthcare and/or customer service will be advantageous
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
