about the job
- Execute, advise and negotiate on Project Finance deals
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, assess risks factors and provide possible solutions
- Perform financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and manage the process
- Execute debt and handle drafts and reports
- Prepare memos, conduct transaction review, present to relevant stakeholders and draft deal proposals
- Involve in due diligence of the project
- Originate Project Finance deals and support HQ credit team with credit matters
- Assess feasibility of projects and financial aspects
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Team Head, you’ll be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree with 5 years of relevant experience in project finance/ structured finance
- Prior experience in project finance advisory
- Strong knowledge in financial analysis including financial modelling and credit analysis
