Responsibilities
- Coordinate WITT team with Division Manager including detailed yearly capacity plan with associated tasks
- Define, narrow and freeze stream scope and out of scope
- Design and monitor Roadmap in coordination with Division capacity plan, ensuring WITT program target milestone is reached.
- Draft and maintain Stream ID Card
- Identify dependencies and risks whether with other streams or other projects (ADM or Transformation)
- Participates in weekly OPCO and other instances on request
- Organize and manage monthly Steering committee
- monitor budget of the stream based on WITT instructions
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to WITT program management
- Monitor stream progress and stream delivery (quality and adequacy to planning)
- Validation instance preparation in respect to WMIS governance
Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Min 10 years of experience as service delivery manager within banking industry ideally in wealth management.
- Strong track records of delivering large scale projects (>3 mEUR).
- Proven experience on managing delivery team and senior management stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of integration/migration project.
- Good knowledge of banking processes especially on Front Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help project team to achieve its objectives.
- Synthesis and coordination skills, focused communication to senior management and stakeholders.
- Able to anticipate on a pro-active way any risks.

Under the direct responsibility of the Division manager of Client Marketing and Lifecyle, the WITT CLC stream lead will be in charge of managing the IT activities for the Client LifeCycle stream of the Wealth Management Transformation Program.
