Key Responsibilty
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and job applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and through video conferencing, to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Perform reference and background checks on potential hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages, in alignment with company guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continually enhance the hiring process.
- Conduct meaningful Employee Engagement and communications, including HR dialogues
- Manage Employee’s Exit Process
- Perform other HR-related duties and general administration as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist Experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR practices, including Employment Act
- Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
