Maintenance
- Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot dfferent computer and Comms System.
- Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work
- Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems beakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
- Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified
- standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
- Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs based on stablished ISO standards.
- Provide day-to-day onsite and remote support on Computer Servers, Communication Equipment, Networking, Hardware and Software Systems
- Perform programming and engineering activities at various sites under maintenance.
- Assist in IT related projects and activities (such as implementation, upgrades, changes, maintenance, and routine backup work)
- Follow up and close all incidents, issues and request timely
- Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met
- Assist in root cause analysis identified by team members together with the Senior Engineer and Superior
- To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
- Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times
- Operate company vehicle to perform site work at stipulated working hours.
- Perform maintenance and operational matters as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to perform Scheduled Standby and night duty.
- Possess at least Class 3/4 license to operate vehicle for onsite support
- Knowledge on computer server maintenance, network troubleshooting, basic software troubleshooting
- Knowledge on Firewall, Backup solution and Anti-virus solution
- Basic knowledge on computer systems engineering will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external users
- Willing to assume standby duties after office hours and provide onsite support, if required
