Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate document review process, consolidating feedback and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Manage design, installation, testing, and commissioning, liaising with all stakeholders.
- Monitor and update project schedule in collaboration with contractors and stakeholders.
- Provide project team support for timely delivery.
- Prepare concise progress reports.
- Handle project administrative tasks including meeting coordination, record-keeping, presentation preparation, and drafting correspondence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in project management, especially with Automatic Fare Collection systems in Singapore's transit environment, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Team player with flexible working hours and readiness for night shifts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly between office and sites.
