Administrative/Client Management:
- Generate reports as per clients' requests, both on an ad-hoc and regular basis.
- Review tenancy documents for accuracy and compliance with clients' policies.
- Ensure all necessary tenancy documents are obtained and provided by agents.
- Support in lease renewals when no longer working with the original tenant's agent.
- Cultivate positive relationships with consultants handling assigned client files.
Check-In:
- Conduct thorough property inspections during check-in, capturing the condition through photographs.
- Prepare a detailed Property Condition Report highlighting any defects.
Maintenance:
- Coordinate maintenance activities for clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for assignees when tenancy management is initiated.
Departure:
- Conduct pre-inspections for properties undergoing departure processes.
- Assist in coordinating reinstatement works.
- Participate in property handovers and facilitate prompt security deposit refunds.
Requirement:
· Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
· Possessing a CEA license will be an advantage
· Excellent client management skills with confidence
· Computer literate
· Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients
