Job Summary
- Responsible for the writing, collation and timely production of the Club’s monthly magazine.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to support internal business units, including PR and events management.
Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate editorial work and task by writers and contributors.
- Work from concept development to implementation and ensure the smooth execution of the projects assigned.
- Produce corporate and Marcom literature.
- Collaborate with internal business units to implement effective communications.
- Review, copy write and edit all communication materials to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and alignment with intended strategy and messaging.
- Draft and edit media releases, media pitches, internal memos, statements, media/PR plans, key messages and other documents related to public relations and corporate materials.
- Events planning, organising, coordination of all Club events.
- Ensure that all corporate templates, including contracts, stationary, presentations, proposals, brochures, fonts, colours etc are all according to corporate standards.
- Maintain a library of resources for use by all in the office e.g. photos and quotes for publications
- Ensure accuracy of all information on the corporate website
- Manage the Members’ Forum and ensure response in a timely fashion
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
- Positive and ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
