Job description:
· To plan and manage construction projects.
· Responsible for all assigned client servicing matters and organising and preparing new business development pitches.
· Work professionally with all internal leads to create, plan, and deliver strategic communications strategies for our clients
· Prepare project quotations and follow up approvals to Invoicing.
· Follow up with monthly financial receivables and track clients' budget statements with updated reports.
· To plan and research to write creative job briefs, follow up with meeting minutes and liaise daily for ongoing jobs internally.
Job Requirements
- Selection criteria are strictly for candidates with at least three to four years of experience in constructioin project management.
- Possess knowledge and experience in FMCS, BMS, Electrical scope
- Willing to put in extra effort to solve various issues on site and/ or client matter.
- Willing to rotate shift work.
