Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultant to join us with:
- 8+ years of relevant experience as in-house or commercial lawyer
- In-house legal experience is preferred (directly, or as a secondee) though not essential.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents for M&A deals.
- Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in advising on all aspects of the client's joint venture, shareholder, corporate and commercial agreements and related financing agreements.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including corporate Due Diligence, Advisory, Regulatory & Legal Compliance, Risk related to Corporate, Arbitration, Labor, Transactional, IT and other Commercial law matters in cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Consulting support to stakeholders globally in sales, strategy, and business development teams on commercial agreements.
- Drafting, Vetting and Negotiating Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), Share Holding Agreement (SHA), Commercial Agreements, and other transactional documents for several Multi-National Corporates (MNCs).
- Work on DCM transactions including but not limited to drafting, negotiating contracts, regulatory approvals, etc.
