The WORC – Parameters Support team sits in the back-room which supports front-line customer-facing staff (users of wholesale bank systems), these wholesale bank systems require maintenance for the live data which your team will be in charge of setting up the "playground" for the live environment (after these wholesale bank systems completed quality testing and ready for go-live). Setting up and maintenance of these live data for the systems include wholesale bank product quotes, prices, rates, fees, charges which the front-line staff will require. Some experience in banking operation process flow is ideal to understand the intricacies and urgency of certain parts of the process flow.

Wholesale System Parameters Maintenance & Division Admin

Key responsibilities:

· Perform System Parameters Maintenance
· Running Automation on Statement/Advices verifications
· Provide production, system & administrative support to business and operation centre

RequirementsGood Computer skills
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work independently in a team
Able to work on weekends if required (0n adhoc request/arrangement)
Candidate with Banking Operation knowledge
Degree in Banking Finance or equivalent
