Job Title: Customer Success Account Manager (Cantonese-speaking)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship and Success Manager to join our team, focused on technology solutions. This role is integral to nurturing, establishing, and developing relationships with key customer stakeholders, focusing on solution planning, delivery execution, and governance. You will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, aligning business priorities with our technology offerings to deliver substantial business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, utilizing communication techniques for high-level business value conversations.
• Consumption Leadership: Own customer relationships to identify priorities and opportunities, increasing deployment and adoption velocity of technology investments.
• Customer Success Leadership: Orchestrate resources for value realization, focusing on operational health and leveraging support agreements.
• Program Management: Design and implement programs improving customer operational health and consumption milestones.
• Reactive Support: Address customer queries, including subscription reviews, usage tracking, and document preparation.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within the Tech industry. Knowledge of Cloud Technologies preferred.
2. Native Cantonese proficiency is essential for effective communication with our customers. Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and present to executives (CTO/CEO).
3. Proficiency in common office software suites.
