Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth management and operation aspects of all the Centres.
- Manage a team of customer service executives/ office cleaners.
- Manage staff performance.
- Perform front line duties as required.
- Training of CREs service excellence or any admin training.
- Ensure prompt response to enquiries / or resolution to customer complaints (via phone / email / SMS / WhatsApp’s)
- Proactively build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients and parents.
- Handle & resolve requests / grievances and complaints.
- Ensure standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Liaise with third party vendor on related matters.
- Participate in audit matters as required by government agencies.
- Perform supporting duties as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Degree holders in any discipline.
- 5 days week - Able to work from Tuesday to Friday 9am to 7pm. Saturday 9am to 6pm.
- Relevant experience in managing a team and/or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong office administration skills.
- A fast leaner with a can-do attitude who can make independent judgement in challenging situations.
- A good team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
