Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team and ensure the accurate and efficient management of our data systems. Additionally, you'll assist in customer service tasks, including customer follow-ups, coordinating with partners for delivery, installation, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage the data into the company’s database and accounting system and ensure its accuracy, integrity and consistency.
  • Assist in organizing and managing customer records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations and contribute to enhancing overall team productivity.
  • Collaborate with our partners to coordinate delivery schedules and installation services, ensuring a smooth and timely process for our customers.
  • Assist the customer service and sales team in responding to customer queries promptly and professionally through various social media channels, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Engage in friendly inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide necessary information and assistance. Exceptional communication skills and great phone etiquettes are a must!
  • Maintain effective communication with partners to facilitate efficient order processing and resolution of any issues.
  • Keep an eye on customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in using messaging platforms (Meta messenger and its other platforms) for customer interactions. Exceptional communication skills and friendly phone etiquettes are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Drive.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in database management and administrative tasks.
