Summary:
As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring that guests have a delightful start to their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage the waiting list during peak hours, providing accurate wait time estimates.
- Reservation Management: Answer phone calls and assist guests in making reservations. Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.
- Seating Coordination: Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth and efficient table turnover. Show guests to their tables and present menus.
- Guest Inquiries: Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special promotions. Address guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Guest Service: Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items. Prepare and check tables before service. Clear and reset tables.
Requirements:
- NITEC or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fine-dining setting is a plus.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

- 5 days work week, including weekends
