Responsibilities:
Staff Suggestion Scheme Management:
- Administer and oversee the Staff Suggestion Scheme, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and engagement related to the Scheme, encouraging active participation from all staff levels.
- Evaluate and analyse submitted suggestions, providing timely feedback and recognition to contributors.
- Collaborate with the Services and HQ Corporate Functions to implement approved suggestions, driving positive change within the organization.
Operational Excellence:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, process re-engineering and optimization across the Services and HQ Corporate Functions and support the implementation of change processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks for improved efficiency and staff experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and assist to implement corrective actions as needed.
- Any other duties and projects assigned by CEO and DD (Admin & Projects)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in staff engagement, operational improvement, or service quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with suggestion scheme administration is advantageous.
