Responsibilities
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cosmo IT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of servers, networks, and related technologies
- Collaborate with local IT to execute infrastructure projects and upgrades
- Implement and monitor robust security measures to safeguard Cosmo's IT systems and infrastructure such as conducting regular security audits and risk assessments
- Troubleshoot network and system problems, coordinating with relevant teams for swift resolution and provide timely technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and infrastructure configurations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies
- Monitor project timelines and resources to ensure efficient project completion
- Any other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure
- Familiar with MS Azure cloud related system
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining enterprise-level IT solutions
- Proficient in server administration, network management, and system integration
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery planning
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent
