If successfully selected, candidate will be deployed in local MOE schools.

Contract Period: 1 May 2024 to 30 Apr 2025.
Options to extend the contract : 1 May 2025 to 30 Apr 2026.
Working Hours:
- Mondays: 8.00am to 1.00pm (excludes lunch break)
- Tuesday and Thursdays: 8.00am to 4.30pm (includes half an hour lunch break)
- About 21 working hours per week (not more than 8 hours per day)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Roles and Responsibilities:
Main Scope: To upkeep and maintain the conditions of the two science garden and one eco-planting plots, including the following duties:
- Watering of plants/planting areas.
- Weeding；forking, trimming，pruning, fertilizing.
- Pest and disease-controlling.
- Tending to certain specific plants such as the butterfly plants and caterpillars, including cleaning the tanks where the caterpillars are housed.
- Tidying of planting areas, including sweeping, removal of the resultant debris, dead plants and fallen branches etc.
- Removal and destroying of wild creepers growing along fences, trees, walls, planter beds and the like.
- Any other relevant duties assigned by the School.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of gardening.
- Passion in gardening.
- Preferably have prior experience in upkeeping gardens in a school setting
