Job Description
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
- To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
- Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Building Services Engineering, Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Diploma holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in construction industry.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Building Services or equivalent
- Class 3 driving licence (Good to have), candidates will still be considered for the role without this pre-requisite
- Must be self-driven & motivated to perform and deliver service excellence
