Salary: $13 per hour
Duration of Work: 4 Months (Extendable)
Work Days:
5 days’ work week (including Sat/Sun/PH) | 4 Weekday + 1 Weekend
Work Hours:
3 rotating shifts (No Choosing)
(AM: 8.30am to 6pm,
MID: 10:30am to 8pm,
PM: 1:00pm to 10:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries and feedback via calls, emails, or live chat
- Coordinate customers’ requests
- Work closely with other departments such as tech teams, operation teams and vendors
Requirements:
- GCE A levels/ Diploma
- Must be comfortable with the rotating shift listed above
