The purpose is to assist in facilitating the Community Care Apartments (CCA) flat selection sessions for prospective residents for the period of March 2024. Work location will be at TPY @ HDB Hub. Working hours : Weekday from 8.30am – 6pm.
The main job scope is:
- Facilitate Information Sharing of CCAs
- To share with residents about the model of care at the CCA, including the scope of services under the BSP and other add-on services.
- Provide financial counselling
- To share with residents about the different payment options and offer financial counselling to ensure awareness and prudence of residents.
- Facilitate signing of Basic Service Package (BSP) agreement, including the execution of necessary administrative and documentation roles.
- Conduct resident profiling : To conduct a short questionnaire to better understand future resident demographics and assist in the necessary data collection/management.
