Job Description:
- Provide exceptional service to diners, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Ensure the correct preparation and delivery of food and beverages, verifying special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Set up and maintain dining areas, including cleanliness, tableware, and presentation to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and maintain efficient service flow.
- Accurately handle payments, process transactions, and provide change, while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in F&B services is preferred
- Good communication skills
