Job Summary:
Basic: $3,600 - $4,500 + Transport allowance $50
Entitled to AWS, 12 days AL, medical reimbursement of $500/year
Working timing: 8am-5:30pm
Location: Tuas, company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full sets of Accounts
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns and other statutory fillings
• Prepare audit schedule and attend to the queries raised by external auditors
• Review tax computations and liaise with tax agents, banks, corporate secretary and government authorities for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation & attend yearly stock take activity
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and ledger
• Review, implement and improve financial workflows/processes to strengthen internal control and compliance and to enhance operational efficiencies
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
