Your Role
You will assist the Manager, Quantity Surveying in the pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration. In addition, you will also be involved in budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments, settlement of final accounts and variation orders.
The Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
