Operations Administrator

Brandt Asie Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

1. Perform accurate and timely local delivery and spare parts data entry.

2. Assist with the filing of import/export documents, and maintaining organized and up-to-date records.

3. Monitor shipments and keep track of vessel arrival dates, facilitating efficient logistics operations.

4. Update incoming stock files promptly, ensuring accurate and reliable inventory records.

5. Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operation Executives or HOD to support operational needs.

6. Write and correspond via e-mails with other departments/partners.


Requirements

No prior experience is necessary

Open to polytechnic students and undergraduates

Only Singaporeans


Additional Information

Working Hours: Monday-Friday
9am to 4pm ($1500)
9am to 6pm ($1800)
