Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of finance executives in fulfilling daily functions of the Finance Department – Project Accounting, AP, AR, GL Reconciliation, Monthly & Yearly Closing, Management & Statutory Reporting.
- Flags and justifies anomalies for management review. Provide recommendations to improve the financial reporting process and initiated corrective actions.
- Supervises and review financials, cashflow and management reporting for subsidiaries determined by supervisors.
- Manages Internal & External audit activities & Risk Management.
- Monitors implementation of audit recommendations - controls, establishment of policies and codes of conduct.
- Performs analysis of monthly financial data, quarterly consolidation reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Manages projects from end-to-end - requirements analysis, implementation and maintenance, ensuring that projects is delivered within deadline, budget and preset requirements.
- Conducts competitiveness analysis and review cost aspects of the business to set key financial KPIs and costreduction goals across departments.
- Any other ad-hoc matters determined by the supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Min 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiar with Projecting accounting and SAP knowledge
- Meticulous, detailed, self-motivated, responsible and team player who is able to work with minimal supervision
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
