Job description
- Develop and deliver people manager strategies that supports Company’s strategic aims and objectives.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff through the organization and ensure staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date.
- In charge of recruitment, on-boarding, payroll administration, income tax filing, foreign workers matters including work passes, health checks, renewals and security boards.
- In charge of HR maintenance include HR database and employees’ personal records.
- In charge of welfare activities including organizing company events
- Monitor sickness and absence levels and provide updates to management
- In charge of ISO documentations
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and Administration functions
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and practices
- Familiar with ISO documentations is an added advantage
