The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the entire development cycle - from conceptualization to testing, focusing on areas such as autonomous navigation, sensor integration, and advanced robotics applications. This role requires a strong background in robotics, excellent programming skills, and the ability to lead complex projects in a collaborative environment.
Job Descriptions
- Develop, simulate, prototype, and test autonomous robotics systems
- Engage in mapping, localization, path planning, pathfinding, navigation, and obstacle avoidance
- Handle point cloud and laser scan data from various 3D and 2D LiDARs
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve production processes
- Lead and collaborate on complex projects, providing technical leadership and guidance
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in additive manufacturing and robotics
- Lead research projects to explore new applications and innovations in robotics
Job Requirements
- Master, Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or equivalent engineering discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics or a related field
- Proficient in programming with C++, Python, and a strong understanding of OOP concepts for robotic control systems
- In-depth knowledge of various sensing technologies, including cameras, LIDAR, IMUs, and encoders
- Proficiency in Linux OS and ROS (including Gazebo and RVIZ)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong team collaboration skills
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading engineering projects
