Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Conduct Delivery Planning for Enhancements and Fixes.
- Provide Estimates for Enhancements.
- Articulate Solutions to Key Stakeholders.
- Manage a small team of 5 members.
BAU Support:
- Address Business & Technical Queries/Requests.
- Handle Application Change Requests.
- Participate in Regular Planned BAU Activities (Audit, Disaster Recovery Exercise, etc.).
Management Activities:
- People Management for a small-sized team.
- Create and present Status Reports.
- Manage Key Stakeholder expectations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
- Strong ability to write JavaScript, .NET programming, and SQL queries.
Domain Expertise:
- Minimum 10 years experience in a Team Lead/Technical Lead/Functional Lead Role.
- Stakeholder Management (Clients, Users, Vendors & Partners).
- Software Delivery Management.
- Skilled at Requirement & Business Analysis.
- Skilled at Functional & Technical Analysis.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
Attention to Detail:
- Strong attention to detail, following specific procedures.
- Vendor Collaboration:
- Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues.
Business Requirements:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and processes.
- Triage and Prioritization:
- Perform triages to stay updated on daily issues and prioritize them.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation (preferably in IT).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in application/production support.
- This position requires a seasoned professional with a comprehensive skill set, including technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing both the BAU aspects and leading a technical team effectively.
