Job Description:-
- In Charge of Building Facilities Management Matters
- Attend Management Meetings
- Perform routine building maintenance works
- Develop and plan the fire safety programs for the property, including training, annual fire drills, SOPs, response to fire alarm, etc.
- Develop, review and update the Emergency Response plan to meet the latest requirements stipulated by the SCDF.
- He/She will take the role of a FSM plus the trade lead for the fire protection system in the campus.
Requirements :-
- Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience after obtaining FSM certification.
- Registered and valid FSM Certification with SCDF Knowledgeable on Fire Safety Systems and Building & Fire Regulations and Singapore Standards & Code of Practice.
