Technical Development Program Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Development Program Engineer (TDP), you will embark on a transformative 2.5-year journey
within our esteemed Engineering Design Team. This role is designed to provide a holistic and immersive
experience in various functions, including the exciting possibility of overseas assignments, allowing you to gain
a comprehensive understanding of our engineering processes and systems.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEEED
- Engage in rotational assignments spanning different facets of the Engineering Design Team, including
- but not limited to product design, system integration, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a well-rounded skill set, fostering adaptability and
- expertise in diverse engineering domains.
- Actively participate in real-world projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
- Contribute to the conceptualization, development, and implementation of cutting-edge engineering
- solutions.
- Contribute to global projects that may involve working with international colleagues, fostering a crosscultural understanding of engineering practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Aerospace Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
