Your new role
- Responsible for all administrative and clerical tasks.
- Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands, etc.
- Clearing of mailbox & distributing them.
- Filing of documents and data entry of monthly expenses in system.
- Orientation of new joiners (such as welcome bags, lanyards and etc)
- Arranging courier services and manage stationeries.
The Talent
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Exposure to working in a MNC will have an added advantage.
- Communicating with Chinese stakeholders, proficiency in Chinese is a must.
- Computer literacy (MS Office (MS Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
