Shine Technology is a regional system integrator and smart solution provider based in Singapore dedicated to providing our customers with high performance, one stop smart security solutions.
The position of Field Technician is to be responsible for troubleshooting and repair of existing security system within the customer premises.
Main Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and repair of security issue.
Responding to scheduled, unscheduled or urgent calls for repairs.
Coordinate with subcontractors on maintenance works.
Hands-on troubleshooting and security system programming, integration and implementation.
Requirements
Min Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electronics / Electrical
At least 1 year relevant working experience in related security industry
Familiar with security access control system, CCTV, alarm systems, carpark barrier, under-carriage surveillance system is an advantage
Past experience with Lenel, S2, Milestone, Genetec, Tyco Software House, CEM systems and Cisco systems will be considered first
Able to commit to stand-by duties on evening and weekends
