Senior Procurement Executive - Facility Services Provider
Working Hour :Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary : $3000- 4500

Job
- To ensure all the purchase order complies with procurement procedures and policies.
- Handling multiple clusters / project sites office from sourcing requirements till generating of POs.
- Evaluate and recommending the most suitable goods and services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance improvements through business reviews and supplier’s performance evaluations for continuous improvement and delivery of new value- add.
- Establish and maintain list of approved vendors including item / services database.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Participate and facilitate in vendors evaluation and qualifications.
- As-and –when required, assignment of any ad-hoc procurement duties / projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent with minimum 3 years of procurement working experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and e-Procurement system.
