Job Description
1. Project management of building construction projects.
2. Oversee end to end building construction process.
3. Responsible for all site implementations and completion that meets management set targets and client’s expectations, and compliance to authorities’ regulations.
4. Responsible for project planning, cost control and project documentation.
5. Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub- contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works.
6. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
7. Ensure quality of works is achieved, safety and environmental regulations are met.
8. Lead a team of project staff.
Job requirements:
1. Minimum N Level or GCE O Level with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in construction firm and or Civil Engineering.
2. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Demonstrated experience in building construction project management relating to all operational and administration procedures.
4. Class 3 driving license.
