- Develop and implement full spectrum of HR functions, strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives
· Ensure effective delivery of HR policies and processes.
· Partner and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including designers, project managers and supervisors to provide advisory on HR strategies.
· Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, talent development and offboarding.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures that support a positive and productive work environment to meet business needs.
· Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actions to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
· Partner with leaders to develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the business strategy.
· Ensure best HR practices and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
