Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assist Forman in administrative tasks such as: photocopies, E-zink cards, cash cards, payslip, PPE insurance and correspondence.
  2. Prepare & Coordinate the Delivery Orders (D/O); Disposal Orders and Material Request Forms and Purchase Orders.
  3. Ensure driver timesheets are submitted from the workshop office to HQ in a timely.
  4. General administrative duties as and when assigned.
  5. Maintain proper filing system (e.g.: Invoices / documents, etc…)


Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate in Office Skills.
  2. Proficient in using MS Office / E-mail Knowledge.
  3. Able to work independently in a male environment.


Shift Type / Work Hours


1. Full Time - 5 days work week (8:30am to 5:30pm)

2. Alternative flexible working hours / Part-time available
