Description:
- Responsible for daily HR operations eg. on-boarding, work passes processing, management of employee data in HRIS, annual performance appraisal, off-boarding etc.
- Manage business units’ recruitment and selection of new hires
- Administer all types of leave and statutory claims
- Coordinate the issuance of email, laptop, door access, etc
- Manage employee outpatient & inpatient medical benefits, insurance claims, work Injury claims & reporting
- Conduct orientation of new hires on staff benefits
- Any other job responsibilities and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in HR
- 1-2 years in recruitment/talent acquisition experience
