Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and supervising the full sets of accounts of a given portfolio of client, including but not limited to preparation of annual financial statements and monthly management reports, completion of monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules, GST reporting, cash flow reporting and assisting in budgeting and forecasting
- Analysis financial information and ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions
- Manage and supervise the full spectrum of payroll functions, including CPF contribution, IR21 and AIS
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents on accounting and tax matters
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager
Job Specific Requirements
- Degree holder in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification
- Min 5 years of relevent experience with at least 2 years in a sypervisoiry level, preferablly from a professional services firm
- Computer proficiency in MS office/excel applications and accounting systems (MYOB/QuickBooks/XERO)
- Proactive and has a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Independent and can work well in a team
- Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Customer service oriented
