Job description:
Handle counter services and walk-in customers
Attend to all incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries.
Administer first aid to pupils where necessary and contact parents of unwell students
Routing of postal mails and courier mails
Collate and compile consent forms, survey forms and data
Perform administrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office e.g. data entry, preparing documents & presentation materials
Calling & engaging with parents for supporting documents etc.
Assist printing and lamination of materials (e.g.teaching aids)
Assist in major school events
Any other work as assigned by the supervisor
Work timing:
Mondays to Fridays (except Wednesdays) 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Wednesdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
Requirements:
Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under tight schedules
Independent, resourceful and has a high level of commitment
Candidates should preferably have 3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in IT applications especially in Microsoft excel
Standard First Aid trained
Possess preferably one of the following qualifications:
o Higher Nitec or Nitec
o GCE āOā or āNā Level certificate or the equivalent
Preferably Standard First Aid Trained
Preferably Mandarin speaking
