A key senior management position that provides strategic and operational leadership to develop and drive key service outcomes for effective long-term relationships with strategic customers in the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Team to achieve strong and effective relationship with customers through clear accountable performance measures.
- Create a culture and processes for front-line teams to deliver the programs and achieve the goals and objectives with regards to customer services.
- Inculcate the team with a positive mindset and better understanding of the customers’ environment and expectations.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organisation.
- Facilitate delivery of a Quality Product by adhering to the customer's requirements and contractual work scope.
- Work effectively with all peers to help achieve the Sales & Profitability Targets set for the year.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and requirements and identification of potential risk issues.
Required Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent.
- Possess strong knowledge of the aviation industry and a clear understanding of the issues impacting the markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Influential relationships to deliver excellent customer services.
- Demonstrate abilities to motivate the team and communicate with all levels of staff.
