Roles & Responsibities
Job Description:
- Provide accounting assistance in month-end closing of accounts.
- Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions.
- Assist in simple accounting duties
- Data entry into Accounting software
- Perform basic accounting functions such as prepare vouchers, payments for suppliers, staff claims, petty cash etc
- To process daily Service invoicing or credits notes to existing customers
- Attend to walk-ins and incoming calls
- Any other accounts and administrative support
- Data Entry, photocopying/ scanning/ filing of documents
- Assist in quarterly GST submission & annual corporate tax submission
- Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Prior experience in accounting would be an added advantage.
- Must be positive thinking and keen to learn
- should have self intiator
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an advantage.
