Roles & Responsibities

Job Description:

  • Provide accounting assistance in month-end closing of accounts.
  • Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions.
  • Assist in simple accounting duties
  • Data entry into Accounting software
  • Perform basic accounting functions such as prepare vouchers, payments for suppliers, staff claims, petty cash etc
  • To process daily Service invoicing or credits notes to existing customers
  • Attend to walk-ins and incoming calls
  • Any other accounts and administrative support
  • Data Entry, photocopying/ scanning/ filing of documents
  • Assist in quarterly GST submission & annual corporate tax submission
  • Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Prior experience in accounting would be an added advantage.
  • Must be positive thinking and keen to learn
  • should have self intiator
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an advantage.
