· Coordinate with the Wireless Network Service Provider to ensure that the availability of the Wireless Network is in accordance with the contractual Service Level Agreement
· Coordinate with Wireless Network Service Provider to ensure systems are properly configured and secured
· Monitor and review performance data to identify potential problems, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
· Ensure that the Wireless Network runs efficiently and smoothly
· Assist in problem/incident resolution and determination
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on technical issues and needs
· Ensure that the Wireless Network related documentation are up to date
· Assist the Programme Manager in budget tracking
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in network implementation.
· Hands-on experience with Wireless Controllers.
· Knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
