Job Description
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
- Coordinate staff and internal resources
- Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, costing, and staffing
- Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules
- Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget issues
- Monitor and manage project milestones and deliverables
- Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback
- Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
- Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to management
- Review tender requirements and prepare quotations
- Review and evaluate proposals
- Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects
Job Requirements
- Minimally a degree in relevant fields of studies; or 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License
- Able to commit to a 5.5 day working week
- Project manager experience (PMP certification will be an added advantage)
- Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms
- Tech-savvy and resourceful
- Knowledge on pipe materials, installation methods, and construction practices would be an added advantage
