Job Description
- Direct reporting to the Branch Manager to perform full set of accounting and statutory duties.
- Responsible create full set accounts and statutory reports
- Reporting and Financial Statements
- Journals entries and prepare ledgers
- Inventory cost management
- Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business
- Outstanding balances checking with internal and external stakeholders (accounts payable and receivable)
- Work with auditors for the Financial Statements and relating audit requirements
- Ensure compliant with all internal compliance, audit and tax regulations
- Leaning towards full scale business accounts operations of the Singapore branch entity, responsible and reporting to Head Office including cashflow, tax computation, prospects & budgets, legal compliance and financial control.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily accounting operations with respective sections and teams.
Job Requirements
• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy with min. 1 year work experience
• Experience with general ledger functions. Preferably with basic accounting knowledge and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
