A Business Development Executive / Manager (aka Vertical Launcher) in FastJobs is a 360 degree sales cycle professional adept at both hunting & farming. Your responsibilities will include :
- Pioneer & build up our market share in the Hospitality or Manufacturing industries: Reach out and onboard Singapore-based Employers in the designated industry to to advertise their non-executive hiring needs on FastJobs.
- Portfolio Management: Manage & nurture a client portfolio of existing Hospitality or Manufacturing accounts, providing exceptional account management and maximize their buying potential on FastJobs
- Client Insights : Provide valuable insights to clients, enabling them to hire efficiently on FastJobs.
- Industry expertise: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, pitching, upselling, and expanding FastJobs' market share in non-executive recruitment for the Hospitality or Manufacturing industry.
Are you the one we're looking for?
- You should possess 2-3 years of Sales account management experience.
- Prior experience assisting/managing HRs or Talent Acquisition partners in the Hospitality or Manufacturing Industry is preferred
- Have good phone skills and etiquette
- Able to engage and share about FastJobs physically & virtually in small - medium size group settings
- Have a knack of building positive client relationships & sales negotiation
- Able to read, write and speak Colloquial English (or British English also can)
- Ability to analyze data and present insights in an accurate & succinct manner will be an added advantage.
