Job Description
- Support Sales team in customer handling when tasked
- Providing timely and accurate quotation when tasked
- Order processing of confirmed orders
- Generate Sales Orders, Production order, Purchase order to production, warehouse, operation departments for proceeding of order
- Ensuring all job orders are processed, accurate and on time for delivery as per client PO requirements
- Issuance of purchase orders where applicable for local purchase relevant to the job orders
- Liaise with relevant operation department on job order progress till readiness for delivery
- Liaising with customer/forwarders/agents on delivery arrangements
- Internal/external transport arrangements for delivery of the completed orders
- Providing final documents Delivery Order, CIPL, Certificates to complete the delivery
- Issuance of invoice for completed Sales orders
- Other duties when tasked by the Sales Manager / Senior Managers / Management Team
Job Requirement
- At least GCE “N/O”Level/ITE
- Computer skills: Excel, Words, SAPB1 ERP system
- At least 1 year experience in Marine/Rigging/ Manufacturing trade will be advantageous
